Looking for safe wine storage at a trustworthy facility?  Look no further than right here at Wide World of Wines….

 

Secure, climate-controlled storage lockers are now available on site in our Wisconsin Avenue cellar. Both large and small lockers are available for yearly rent.  All lockers are fitted with a generic lock and all will easily accommodate an additional padlock of your own if you so choose. 

 

2019 Rates

Large Locker: $800.00 per year 

Small Locker: $675.00 per year

Shipping Policy

Wide World of Wines ships to all US States where “Direct To Consumer” alcohol shipment is allowed by local law.

 

Fine wines are delicate and complex. It only makes sense that shipping them is an equally delicate and complex endeavor. We do not recommend shipping wine if the temperature exceeds 75 degrees Fahrenheit, or is below 35 degrees Fahrenheit. Though you may request a method of shipment when you place an order, during the winter and summer months we will not send out a shipment unless you explicitly advise us to do so via phone or email. This is to ensure that temperatures are conducive during shipping and that your wines arrive in ideal condition.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs can vary, based on several different factors such as the number of bottles being shipped, the location to which the shipment is delivered, and the speed at which the shipment travels.  All shipments are sent via FedEx; we can offer Ground, 2-Day, 3-Day, Standard Overnight (next day), and Priority Overnight (next day a.m.) speeds.

 

We charge you what FedEx charges us.  We do not mark up shipping costs and we pass along any special discounts we may receive to our clients. Consequently, we will need to know your exact shipping address, the number of bottles to be sent, and the speed you prefer to use before we can provide an accurate shipping quote.
