Ô de Rosé is a tribute to their singular terroir, to the scenic grandeur of the local landscape and to the heartening Northern wind protecting our vineyards. The vineyards are rooted in the foothills of the Massif Central and plateauing over breathtaking views of the nearing Pyrenees and waters of the Mediterranean Sea. This patchwork of climates and terroirs is the secret behind Ô: the grapes are slowly matured in perfect weather conditions and produce a crisp and elegantly balanced wine. This beautiful pale-pink colour blend of Grenache & Syrah is a refreshing and well-balanced rosé. It offers a gorgeous mélange of upfront citrus, bright spring flowers, rhubarb and ripe strawberry aromas that are framed by hints of crisp mouthwatering saline notes, finishing snappy and fresh. The red fruits are balanced by a crisp edge that will allow it to age for several months. Light salads, pasta and rice dishes, seafood, raw and lightly cooked shellfish and goats’ cheeses.
